Kalogon is now offering short private consultations with internationally recognized clinician and Kalogon Clinical Advisor, Kelly Waugh, PT, MAPT. Kelly is a master clinician who has worked in the field of wheelchair seating and mobility for over 40 years.

How does it work?
Kelly offers a few hours a week during which you can schedule 30 minutes with her over Google Meet or telephone.
These sessions do not constitute medical advice and you should still consult with your medical providers or other experts with regards to specific clients or patients.

Does this cost anything?
Kalogon offers this as a service to our community as part of our mission to eliminate the stresses of sitting and improve health through inventive seating solutions.
These consultations are not product pitches although you may ask Kelly about Kalogon products.
Note: Kalogon employees do not attend these sessions unless requested by the clinician or ATP supplier.
Can we record the session?
Bring a notebook or have a way to record key insights - these sessions are not recorded.
Can I invite other people?
If you are inviting someone else, you can add them at the time you book the consultation or once the invitation is on your calendar.
Do we have to talk about Kalogon?
No. Time with Kelly is what you decide to speak about - so come prepared with your questions and what you want to discuss.

If I need help with a challenging problem or case, what information should I bring to the meeting?
It is advisable to come prepared to summarize the primary problems (in areas of skin, posture, comfort and/or function) and client’s goals. You can share a photo of client with their permission to help show postural issues.
What if I can’t make it last minute?
Please cancel by going to your calendar invite and selecting the cancellation option. This allows other people to book time as needed.
Do I need to be in front of a computer?
While it is not required, we do recommend being on your desktop or a tablet as available. If not, you may call in using the information provided in the meeting invitation.
