Kalogon’s groundbreaking variable-density lattice technology
Verro Variable-Density Lattice (Lattice) features Kalogon’s newest technology, a 3D-printed elastomer structure that can be tuned across the cushion surface. By changing the thickness of individual lattice struts, Verro can be softer where relief is needed and firmer where support is needed.
Benefits include:
Localized support and relief
Airflow-friendly open structure
Hydrophobic material for easier cleaning
Lightweight design
Supportive edges without hard sidewalls

Dual-Path Material Options
Verro or Orbiter Med?
Both Verro and Orbiter Med are E2609 cushions, but they are built for different needs.
Choose Verro when the user needs a closer custom fit, stronger postural support, or a consistent seated surface shaped around the body.
Choose Orbiter Med when the priority is dynamic pressure redistribution, active customization, or changing the seated surface by activity.
Verro Lattice is the next-generation option for teams looking for targeted support, airflow, and a modern custom molded seating experience.
Our other material option, Verro Dual-Density Foam (Foam), offers a familiar dense foam base with the benefit of a soft foam topper. It can be modified in the field, making it a strong option for teams who need adjustability after delivery.
