Booster Returns

Boosters purchased from Kalogon may be returned within 90 days of delivery to the customer if they are in their original, sealed packaging.

All standard returns, if approved, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If Booster is being returned for a warranty reason, refunds and replacements will be provided upon product being returned to Kalogon for evaluation.

All Booster returns or warranty requests require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Kalogon. No products returned without prior authorization and this number attached will be accepted. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Orbiter Product Returns

Orbiter Classic & Orbiter Med returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be refunded if the product is in its original condition. Shipping may be charged as part of the restocking process.

For warranty requests, please contact Kalogon to have your item replaced. You will be asked to return your original item and it will be subject to Kalogon review of the issue.
